Inclusion

Inclusion is not just a policy.
It is a practice that requires continuous commitment and effort.

At MSB, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to creating a diverse, supportive learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered to succeed.
We welcome students with a wide range of learning preferences, including students of determination (those with special educational needs and disabilities) and students who are gifted and talented. Our goal is to ensure that every child receives the right support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Early Identification & Ongoing Support

Support begins at admission through a careful identification process to ensure students receive appropriate assistance from day one.
We use ongoing screening, assessments, and in-house evaluations to monitor progress. Where needed, Individualized Education Programmes (IEPs) are developed to provide targeted support.
Students learn within a common learning environment, with adjustments to teaching strategies, learning goals, and resources to remove barriers and promote full participation.

Strong School–Parent Partnership

We believe a partnership with parents is essential. Regular consultations, structured reporting, and open communication ensure that families are actively involved in their child’s progress. Our Inclusion Team maintains an open-door policy, fostering trust and collaboration to support student growth and independence.

Systematic & Sustainable Support

Our Inclusion Support Team includes the Board of Governors, Senior Leadership Team, Head of Inclusion, Support Teachers, Learning Support Assistants, and external professional therapists.
Together with classroom teachers, they provide tailored support to ensure every student, whether requiring additional assistance or advanced enrichment, achieves meaningful progress and personal success.
